Data Protection: Your information is never shared or sold to third parties. We take privacy seriously and safeguard your data.

Analytics: We use Cloudflare and Google Analytics to monitor general website traffic and performance. These tools do not track individual users or collect personal data for profiling.

Refund Policy: Your reading is custom-written based on your birth details. You may request a refund only if I have not yet started working on your reading. Once the writing process has begun, refunds are no longer possible because this is a personalized digital service.

Accuracy & Interpretation: Zi Wei Dou Shu is an interpretive system. Insights are subjective and should be understood as reflective guidance rather than factual predictions. Refunds cannot be issued based on perceived accuracy or personal interpretation.

Age Requirement: This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By booking a reading, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Your Rights: You may request to update or delete your data by emailing hello@yanohaus.com. Your request will be handled unless certain transaction records must be retained for legal reasons.
