Nature of the Service
Zi Wei Dou Shu is an interpretive system. The reading you receive is a personal interpretation based on your birth details. It is not financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional services.

Personalized Digital Product
Each reading is written by hand for a specific person using the details you provide. Because of this, your order is a personalized digital service.

Refunds
You may request a refund only if work on your reading has not yet begun. Once I start writing your report, refunds are no longer possible, as the service is custom-made and time-based. Perceived accuracy or personal agreement with the content is not a valid reason for a refund.

Your Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate birth data and contact information. The insight offered in the reading is intended to support reflection and decision-making, but all life choices remain your own responsibility.

Age Requirement
This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By booking a reading, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
